DiscoverWe review business requirements, understand use cases, analyze architecture, explore processes, and familiarize ourselves with the organization. This includes assessment of existing QA process, QA Plan, and QA team capabilities to define effective QA strategy. DefineWe incorporate the findings into a practical QA strategy that will help our clients achieve their quality objectives, within time and budgetary constraints. This involves defining a high-level QA Plan, QA Process, Scope, QA team structure, test data needs, as well as test automation technology/tool identification for effective test automation. DemonstrateIn this phase, we show capabilities of the proposed strategy. In the prototype environment, our experts demonstrate the applicability of QA processes and automation capabilities as outlined in the proposed strategy on client application.
