Corporate QualityCorporate Quality at V2 is a strategic initiative which focuses on continual improvement by adoption of best practices across all processes in the organization. The objective is to ensure that qualified processes and systems are institutionalized through constant enrichment. In line with the mission, Corporate Quality also drives the Quality Management System (QMS) initiatives and certification programs with key focus on customer delight. The objective is to meet international standards which are globally recognized. Currently the quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2008 Standard. Additionally other frameworks targeted for certification are - Information Security Management System as per ISO 27001 and SEI Software CMMI . Corporate Quality ensures the effectiveness of the quality management system through periodic monitoring of defined parameters across processes. This is done via a collaborative knowledge management system (KMS), updated in real time basis. This platform provides to corporate quality the required dashboards on the status of the projects and supporting operations with measurable parameters. Constant reviews are also done through periodic internal audits and program review meetings and also by taking adequate corrective and preventive actions. From a pure quality perspective, the software development quality metrics are also captured in the system and reviewed for improving every stage of development lifecycle. Corporate Quality also drives periodic customer satisfaction feedback surveys and collaborates with stakeholders to sustain the desired level of customer delight. Processes and systems involving projects delivery, program management, QA, human resources, training, IT, PMO, operations support are all subject to constant review and improvements by Corporate Quality. Continual improvement is a permanent objective at V2 and corporate quality helps in bench marking the current practices in order to raise the bar and bring it to the next level. Working very closely with all stake holders, Corporate Quality ensures that its activities eventually lead to business excellence through operational excellence by way of real time collaboration based on the merit of data. |
