Continuous Learning

All recruits at V2 undergo an intensive training program, where along with our core values, soft-skills training and relevant process knowledge is imparted. Apart from this, refresher programs are also conducted on a regular basis.


We believe in continuous learning and hence we have a plethora of learning programs to choose from. We have devised programs for all levels, be it fresh graduates or senior managers who manage large accounts. All the learning programs are mapped to competencies and address learning needs at different proficiency levels. The training department closely works with the development team to develop and deliver programs that will make our associates deliver value-for-money to our customers.


Diversity at work

Our vibrants are diverse in all aspects. They hail from different parts of India and speak different mother-tongues. Almost 50 per cent of our staff belongs to places out of Mumbai. Our lunch boxes have different flavors and they blend during lunch time with the sharing of the boxes.


We celebrate our joys together with equal verve and enthusiasm be it singing Christmas Carols, drawing Rangolis during Holi or lighting lamps during Diwali. Our staff comes from south, north, east and north-east, and we feel delighted to be able to have so much diversity under our roof.

At V2, we strongly promote the Open Door Policy. As an employee, you are free to approach any member of the management including the CEO with your work-related issues. If your immediate superior is unable to help you with your concerns, you can approach any higher-up in the organization.
